The Type II uniform was worn only by specialized units and the sailors that support them; such as the Naval Special Warfare Development Group, Navy SEALs, Special Amphibious Reconnaissance Corpsmen, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technicians, and Seabees when in the appropriate environment.
Features a banded/mandarin collar, 5 front concealed buttons, rank tab, double-layered reinforced elbows, 2 front chest & 2 angled shoulder flap pockets with button and hook & loop closures. Some blouses may include hook & loop above the pockets for rank and patch insignia badges.
